MIMOS Natural Cosmetics offers natural cosmetic products made with carefully selected ingredients. Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of the site

By using this site, you declare that you are of legal age to make purchases in your place of residence and that the information provided during the purchase process is true, complete, and up to date.

Use of the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes is prohibited.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are quoted in the relevant currency and are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed through secure payment platforms. We do not store confidential credit or debit card information.

5. Shipments

MIMOS Natural Cosmetics is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier company.

6. Returns and refunds

We only accept returns in the event of an error in the product shipped.

 

Conditions for requesting a refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The customer must send an email to mimos.26cosmeticanatural@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

Once the refund has been approved:

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • The refund process may take between 3 and 10 business days.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

  • No product exchanges are made, only refunds.

Non-refundable products:


Handcrafted soaps (available soon) will not be refundable under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs, and graphic material) is the property of MIMOS Natural Cosmetics or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
